My Passion & Focus

My primary focus and passion lie in working with teenagers. I am particularly drawn to this stage of development due to the immense opportunities it presents for prevention and early intervention. I believe that appropriate guidance during this critical period can have a lasting positive impact on the growth and well-being of adolescents. I am also very passionate in incorporating technology in the mental health field (e.g., robotics, chatbots, etc.). In my helping career, I have one ultimate goal, that is – to help bridge the gap between parents and teenagers.
