Michelle Huang
As a counsellor, I specialise in several approaches that are designed to help facilitate healing and growth in my clients. These approaches include cognitive-behavioural therapy, solution-focused based therapy, and narrative therapy. I apply these approaches to help my clients achieve their goals and overcome the challenges they are facing by providing a safe and supportive environment. I aim to help my clients explore their thoughts and feelings, gain new insights, and develop the skills they need to live happier, healthier lives.

My Passion & Focus
My focus is on journeying with my clients to understand their unique experiences and perspectives, and to help them develop the tools they need to cope with life’s challenges. One of my main goals is to help my clients recognise and overcome unhelpful thoughts and behaviours by using evidence-based techniques while also tapping on their strengths and building resilience. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and change, and I am committed to helping my clients achieve their goals in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. I understand that seeking counselling can be a vulnerable experience, and I am dedicated to creating a space where my clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in their lives.
