Vicki Lai

I practice from an existentialist perspective, helping clients explore meaning, choice, identity, and self-awareness to navigate challenges and foster growth. I also integrate expressive arts therapy, using creative tools like art and writing to help clients express and process emotions beyond words. My approach encourages personal freedom, responsibility, and alignment with one’s true self, promoting authenticity and resilience.

My Passion & Focus

My goal is to approach mental health through unconventional methods, blending expressive arts therapy and creativity to help clients explore emotions and challenges in unique and meaningful ways. By integrating visual arts, writing, and other creative tools, I create a safe space for self-expression and deeper emotional connection. I aim to empower individuals by tapping into their strengths, fostering personal growth, and aligning actions with values, using a strengths-based and positive psychology framework to promote authentic and purposeful living.
